Getting Started

CrossFit training uses a wide variety of movements, including Olympic weightlifting and gymnastic, so before you join our main classes you can go through our ‘Foundation course’ to prepare you for the technical demands of these exercises.

Even if you have already been training but have not done CrossFit before you should go through this course so you are familiar with everything that will be thrown at you in the main programme.

Foundation Course

The foundations course is now delivered via three one hour personal training sessions where you will be taught the technique for all the essential movements and skills used in CrossFit. Having a trainer all to yourself means you get detailed, personalised teaching so you can progress to the main workouts faster than before for just £120

You will be able to book your sessions to suit your own schedule and on completing the foundations course will be ready for full membership and to achieve your true physical potential. If the pre-bookable sessions on our timetable don’t suit your schedule please email Sara@crossfitaldgate to request a peak time coach.

Membership Options

Members now have the skills, technique and fitness to join full CrossFit sessions. We have 3 membership options:

Unlimited
From £175 per month (£6/session)
Train every day

Weekly Triple
From £155 per month (£12/session)
Access to 3 sessions per week

Weekly Double
From £135 per month (£15.5/session)
Access to 2 sessions per week

With CFA memberships you will also get:

  • Open gym – book in to train outside of peak time sessions at no extra cost
  • Nutritional recommendations
  • Ability to track your workout results
  • A free assessment with our in house physios
  • Discounts on meals and services with our local partners
  • Opportunity to hire your own personal locker

Please note that our schedule is currently very busy, check that there is availability before registering to avoid disappointment. You can book sessions 30 days ahead.

Drop Ins

Unfortunately at this time we are unable to take drop ins and can only accommodate members due to a limited capacity. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
