Getting Started

CrossFit training will get you leaner, fitter and stronger! You have a coach to lead you through every session and our progressive training programme uses world class techniques adapted for people of all abilities. The classes are highly varied so you keep improving and won’t get bored. We offer ‘Foundation’ classes for people new to CrossFit so you feel fully prepared you for the main programme. Foundation Course

The foundations course is your 2 week induction to the essential movements and skills used in CrossFit. There five different foundations sessions to try, each suitable for all abilities. Don’t worry if you don’t complete all five – all our sessions are coach led so you’ll be shown what to do every day and our main memberships allow access to foundations sessions so you can keep practicing.

The foundation course gives you access to both our locations, as many foundations sessions as you like and 3 full CrossFit sessions to have a go at: all for £79

Now you’re ready for the main memberships, we need to know how regulalrly you can attend:

Unlimited
From £175 per month (£6/session)
Train every day

Weekly Triple
From £155 per month (£12/session)
Access to 3 sessions per week

Weekly Double
From £135 per month (£15.5/session)
Access to 2 sessions per week

Drop Ins

Drop ins can be booked directly on our schedule page. Simply click the session you want to join and follow the registration process. Please note this is for experienced CrossFitters only.
