B) 10 min, 3 sets
5 box jumps 24”/20”
Jump from a plate making box relatively lower or do steps ups (weighted if possible)
15 double KB swings
C) 5 min
21, 15, 9
KB SDHP 32/24 20/16 12/8
D) Lower back foam roll
