B) 15 min, 5 sets
1 full snatch with 3s pause at the bottom of the catch
Those newer do 3-5 hang power snatch with 3s pause in catch
C) In pairs
400m sand bag carry
40 sandbag squats
40 sandbag over bar (set in rack weighted at chest height)
