5-8 Pike press ups knees on box (use abmat to scale depth if needed)
12 Barbell rows
B) 8 min, 3 sets
5 KB Bottoms up press each side (regular strict press if struggling)
5 KB windmills each side

C) 10 min cap
100 American swings
5 goblet squats EMOM
