A) 5 sets, 15 min
3 Hang Power Snatch + 3 OHS (Restrict depth if needed)

B) In pairs, 3 x 5 min windows:
Complete 50 KB Snatches 24/20 16/12 12/8 between you and either
Row 250/200
Ski 250/200
Bike 25/20 15/10
In remaining time synchro down ups to score. Restart every 5 min and rotate round the ergs each round.

One person can be snatching and one person erging at the same time.
Eg: I row, in the time it takes for 250m my partner does 21 snatches, we swap and I work on snatches while they row. They finish, we have 10 left so they help me complete 50. We have 3:50 on the clock so 1:10 to score synchro down ups.
