“What if I can only train twice a week?”
That’s no problem! Because our programme covers all the main elements of strength and fitness, you can still make great progress with just a couple of sessions a week!
“Sometimes my schedule changes last minute – can I reschedule”
Yes you can cancel anytime until 1 hour before the class and reschedule for whenever you’d like. All your bookings and workouts can be managed in our own free app!
