The 2 week trial gives you access to:
- both our Aldgate and Farringdon locations
- use of our CrossFit and specialty classes 7 days a week
- access to our training programme and capability to track your training in the Movement Labs app
I’ve never done strength training before — is that okay?
Absolutely! We’ll teach you the correct form and adapt the programme so you can start safely and build from there
Will I get bulky?
Not unless you want to! It’s very hard to build a lot of muscle quickly unless you train very hard and eat in a very particular way. But you will probably end up looking more lean and athletic, and you’ll feel great too!
Is it mostly more experienced guys that train with you?
Not at all! We have a very diverse community of members of all genders, ages and abilities.
