- We show you how to track your food and progress measures and support the recommendations with delicious recipe ideas so hitting your targets doesn’t have to be a chore
- You get regular contact, weekly check ins and bi-weekly consultation calls with your coach to support you through the changes
- To start with it’s all about giving you clear and simple advice to start achieving the changes you want. Over time we’ll help you change your relationship with food and you behaviour to make your progress stick for the long term
