    100 / 80 / 60 Pull Ups / Jumping pull-ups / ring rows

    200 / 150 / 100 Push Ups / Kneeling / elevated chest to box

    300 / 200 / 100 Air Squats

    Sessions will probably all run over but it’s all bodyweight stuff so no problem to let classes overlap. Not too much coaching to be done during the session, skill will come from getting everyone tackling the challenge on the right level for them. After that it’s just load music and keeping everyone motivated! Members need to watch out for ripping hands…
