Try and ascend load every set. If you struggle full stay on power versions and do 4, 4, 3, 3, 2, 2 of each. 5 burpee penalty per missed lift, total up and do at the end

20 press ups / elevated
Max burpee box jumps

D) Ring chest stretch

Homewerk Version

A) 20 min, 5 sets 5 broad jumps ss 5 KB snatches each arm

C) 18 min 6 x 90s on, 90s off 20 press ups / elevated Max burpee sofa step ups
