Take 1 warm up set with a Bar
Take 2 Additional Sets to warm to a working weight for this complex:
1 Snatch (Power or Squat) + 1 Snatch Balance + 1 Behind the neck push press (snatch grip)
 
WOD (15 mins) 
12 Rounds * 9 minutes*
Every 45 Seconds
5 Hang Power Cleans *choose a weight you can hold for 10 Reps*
Then in the next 45 seconds
8-12 T2b / K2E  / HK
Your score is the weight and reps you held in T2B the entire rounds* (EG 80 kg & 10 reps)
