    For strength:

    4 x 5 Hand Stand Push ups -> 5 Deficit Hand Stand Push ups

    4 x 5 Negatives -> 5 Abmat Scale

    4 x 10 Hollow Push ups -> 5-10 Pike on box HSPU

     

    For conditioning:

    15 Minute cap

    YGIG MOVEMENTS. 1 DOES ALL HPC, THEN THE OTHER DOES BURPEES

    8 rounds for time

    10 Hang power Cleans 60/40 50/35 40/30

    10 Burpees/up downs/elevated up down

    10 Toes to bar/ Knees to elbow/high knees
