Try us for free with others new to CrossFit on any Foundations session at CrossFit Aldgate East

Learn all the techniques and skills needed for full training whilst building up your fitness and strength. Either one month of group training at CrossFit Aldgate East or just three personal training sessions at CrossFit Aldgate

‘Workout of the day’ Constantly varied daily CrossFit workouts for members that have completed the foundations course.

Specialist sessions
Members can spend an entire session focussing on improving your gymnastics, Olympic weightlifting or mobiity. All comers are welcome to try our boxing WOD or club.
