Fastrack Foundations
Learn all the techniques and skills needed for full training whilst building up your fitness and strength in just three 60 minute personal training sessions.

WOD
‘Workout of the day’ Constantly varied daily CrossFit workouts for members that have completed the foundations course.

Specialist sessions
Members can spend an entire session focussing on improving your gymnastics, Olympic weightlifting or mobiity. All comers are welcome to try our boxing WOD or club.
