Free trial
Try us for free with others new to CrossFit on any Foundations session. Available at both our locations.

Foundations
Learn all the techniques and skills needed for full training whilst building up your fitness and strength.

WOD
‘Workout of the day’. Constantly varied CrossFit workouts for members that have completed the foundations course. “Drop ins” for visiting experienced CrossFitters are also available.

Specialist sessions
Members can spend an entire session focussing on gymnastics, callisthenics, Olympic weightlifting, mobility or strongman training.

Open gym
Self guided training for members.
