The 2 week trial gives you access to:

  • both our Aldgate and Farringdon locations
  • use of our CrossFit and specialty classes 7 days a week
  • access to our training programme and capability to track your training in the Movement Labs app

 

“Do I need to be fit first?”

Not at all! We work with many people new to fitness and our coaches will adapt the programme to suit your level and meet you where you’re at.

“What if I’ve never lifted weights?”

That’s what we’re here for! We’ll start by teaching you the proper technique, and you can start everything off light and build from there

“I’ve heard CrossFit is really intense and puts you at risk of injury?”

Like with any sport or physical pursuit, there are some people out there who push things too far, but that’s not what we’re about. To us, CrossFit is about getting as broadly physically capable as possible, and we take the very positive elements of coaching and community from the CrossFit style to help our members feel supported and empowered on their own level, and at their own pace.
